  If you are looking for timely, professional, polite, knowledgeable, and affordable plumbers you have arrived at the right place. I have used Empire Drain Co's services two times. First time was for an emergency. My sink was backing up with water from the unit above mine. I called the company the in the morning and they had someone out to fix it the SAME DAY. The plumber was prompt, quick, and roto routed my drain with no trouble! The second time I called them was to install 2 toilets and 3 faucets. Their estimate was a lower than other competitors, and I appreciated how transparent they were about all the costs. The toilets I wanted to install were more complicated than the usual type, but Paul was so helpful and knowledgeable, taking extra care to confirm it would fit and being honest about what the process and possible challenges. The day of the install the plumbers were very professional, quick, and friendly (but not TOO friendly, just the right amount of friendly!) and they answered all my questions. There were some unexpected challenges, like worn out valves, really REALLY heavy toilets, and the complex install, but they never complained and solved each problem beautifully! The job ended up taking all day, but the price was very good for fantastic quality of service and now my bathrooms look amazing! They even removed the old toilets and even the cardboard boxes my new ones came in. I was so impressed and I am recommending Empire Drain Co to everyone!

  I called Empire Drain Co. on Saturday to ask them to install a new kitchen faucet because the old one was leaking. They are the only company to give the price upfront. I'm not sure if the labor cost of more expensive than other place or not because did not end up using other place. I saw the review here and decide to go with them. They cannot promise to send someone over on Monday but they managed to find some slot and dropped by to fix my issue. My faucet was stuck and hard to remove. The guy who came need to use the saw to cut the old faucet. Then he installed a new one, which I bought. However, my new faucet was leaking. So I ended up buying a new one from him and installed the new faucet as well. There were no leak with the new faucet. They also warranty the parts with the faucets if you buy it from them for 6 months. The person said that if any of the part failed, they will come and fix it for free. Overall, I am satisfy with the service provided. They were quick to response and is the only company that provided the price to change the faucet up front.

  I have now used Empire Drain Co. on multiple occasions for multiple projects and each time the service is always spectacular!! Pedram is professional, knowledgeable, dependable, ethical, and does great quality work every time I have hired him. Finding a dependable plumber is rough and they are not necessarily cheap either. With Pedram, you know you are getting good value, care, and service. I highly recommend Empire Drain Co. for any of your plumbing needs.
