We have used the services of Emergency Plumbing Services, Inc. for over 20 years. They are prompt efficient and reasonably priced. Our most recent service was to repair a broken angle stop and they came in, evaluated the problem, replaced the part and charged nothing for the call since they had replaced this same angle stop during a remodel project less than 5 years earlier. Father and sons are always courteous and professional. We have known many friends and neighbors who have utilized the services of this company and ALL have the same praise for this family business. As verified by a search through the Fl. Dept. of Licensing I am aware that they are licensed and insured as required by Florida law. The only reason this company would turn down a job is because of prior bookings or an unreasonable attitude of a potential customer.

Emergency Plumbing is the most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with! When the owner first came to my home he seemed to be a trustworthy man. He quoted my job then told me he could not begin for two months. I agreed to waited. After two months he and his wife told me they had a family emergency and asked if I could wait another month. I agreed. When they were finally ready they asked me to come to their home office to sign a contract. The "contract" was a word document with a few line items stating the most rudimentary description of the job (not a contract). When I saw the unprofessional contract and the office in their condo I began to wonder if this was the right decision. I asked if they were insured, licensed and bonded. The woman looked at me as if these were the most unreasonable questions she had ever heard. Her first response was "We have other jobs that we can do instead." I thought the company was either operating illegally, or just plain trying to upcharge me. (Remember, if a worker gets injured on the job at your home and they are not insured, the injured party sue you, not the company). Later that day, I mistakenly agreed to their service, as I was in desperate need. The next day the male owner text me that he would not take my job after I asked about insurance. More than likely he is not appropriately insured. If fact, the female owner, told me not to worry, because they were going to hire a Mexican to do the dirty work, that no one else wants to do. So, add to the story their racism. I know I am playing both sides of this argument but isn't this a great opportunity of MS-13 gang members to get into your neighborhood. So again, add supporters to terrorism to their list. The same day I was told they will not take my job, I mistakenly attempted to give them a down payment (still desperate I guess). When I went to their condo office, their pathetic son tried to threaten me. As soon as he could see that a screaming idiot was not intimidating, he threatened to call the Police. I waited for them, but I guess he did not call. Probably something about no insurance, hiring illegals, threatening behavior or just total lack of professional behavior (not technically illegal). So, in summary, I waited (in good faith) for them to do my job for three months. They acted extremely unprofessional, they threatened me, they more than likely are breaking every law that they can and are potentially harboring dangerous illegal immigrants. I recommend NEVER doing business with this scum. If you do, good luck! The only emergency is if you hire them...
