I had a busted outdoor spigot that cracked from freezing temperatures. I live in an older home that did not have an internal shut off valve. Jerad came over on a Sunday and promptly explained everything from start to finish. He was extremely professional and did an excellent job fixing the leak. I would highly recommend Emergency Drain and Plumbing. Their call center was very polite and professional as well. I plan to use them again in the future for elective work when it is much warmer outside.

Fry came here to work on our blocked up drain. He was polite, professional and great at explaining everything step by step. He had a great attitude and I wanted to make sure everyone knew what a good job he did. Our pipes are operational again and we are happy.

Huge thank you to Emergency Drain and Plumbing, and our awesome tech, Fry! He spent 8 HOURS (EIGHT!!!) at our house yesterday starting with one drain, then moving to the next, going outside to the sewers multiple times, using cameras, talking to the city, and just overall trying to figure out what was going on. At one point he thought our neighbors basement was probably having issues too since we share a sewer line and she got home when we were outside talking. Luckily, her house was fine, but that made him say (after 7.5 hours already), let me get in that main drain one more time. Hallelujah! After a little bit longer, we finally heard the water start draining and our problem was fixing. Bonus is that the city is still going to be cleaning out their part of the sewer out front too which definitely isn't a bad thing. We couldn't have asked for a more thorough technician with Fry. We will definitely be using them for our periodic cleanouts (which we didn't know we should be doing). Even with all the time he spent there, he was VERY fair in what he charged us. It's crazy how you don't know you have a problem until you have a problem and we are so thankful we called who we did. Thank you Fry and Emergency Drain and Plumbing!!!

Lisa, thank you for writing this review! You are the proud owner of one of the (now) famous sewer lines here at EDAP! We won’t forget this one for quite a while. Although it is far from typical that it takes such a long amount of time to get a sewer open, we now know there were many factors at play here. We are so very proud that Fry persisted, although, we are not surprised because that’s the kind of guy he is. Here at EDAP, we love to get things solved and Fry is one of our shining examples of just that. Next time you need us, we will be far ahead of the game with the knowledge we obtained while at your house and we look forward to helping the very next time you need us. Thanks again!!!
