  My electric water heater was over 20 years old and needed to be replaced. Technicians Emily and Joey provided excellent water heater installation services. They were on time, friendly, and professional. They completed the install efficiently, and addressed all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend the services of Emerald Bay Plumbing and will call on them when necessary for future plumbing needs.

  Emerald Bay Plumbing replaced/installed an electric water heater. It was in a loft attic and they were very careful and respectful of property. Scheduling was easy. The office staff is very efficient and professional. We had a faulty part (factory issue not result of the work) and they had someone out in no time at all to fix it. Great job! Thanks.

  I have called Emerald Bay Plumbing numerous times over the last 20 years and they are always professional, responsive and helpful. I really appreciate this when I’m calling from out of town and a renter has an issue or I’m just unable to be at the condo at the time. They are super nice and always get the job done.
