  Horrible company!!! The sales person knows nothing about the mobile homes they sell. She will never answer when you call her or return your call. I unfortunately purchased my mobile home March 30th and it wasn't delivered to it's location for 2 months. For 2 months it sat at their lot in Circleville Ohio unlocked for everyone to walk thru. When it finally got delivered then it got worse. Had to threaten legal action before. They started to set it up. The owner Jay said to move in but the furnace didn't work ,no A/C, molding and wall boards falling off the wall, NO master toilet. But we could move in, Jay. It is June 9th and there are so many issues that haven't been resolved. Rodney is the person in charge of set up and like ALL employees at Elsa he will never answer you call or call you back. I am still waiting for a walk thru with someone to discuss issues and the appliance warranty. Had to give them one star rating but they deserve 0

  This is the worst place to buy a mobile home from. They was very quick to get the money but then they didn’t want to deliver the home or set it up. It took me 4 months to get my home moved and set up. Then when I called Rodney he would ignore my phone calls or be very rude, so then I called Sara and she was very rude as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are horrible
