  This company is Top Notch. I had to call them multiple times due to my boiler heating system having a run of issues. Each time I called, the intake person (there was a couple of them) was pleasant and even apologized at the fact I was having about the worst luck with this boiler. Then my friend the boiler repair man Dale, shows up within time specified if not earlier, always pleasant, always explains things and he is honest with you. I seriously had that poor man out to my house like 7 times this year for various boiler issues. I felt my boiler was possessed. He felt bad for my luck too! I really appreciate an honest and decent company, with people that know their job and have a heart for their community. This company has some good people working there. A+++

  I could not recommend Elsass any higher. I have a number of rental properties and I have heard it all and seen it all, most commonly "Your units old you need a new one" and I end up repairing it myself. I recently had a A/C unit checked that I was told by another company it needed replaced. Elsass came out checked it thoroughly. So throughly that it was discovered the return air needed more volume the unit is fine and needed no repairs what so ever. That is integrity so rare in this type of business these days. A++++

  Josh & Mark did an excellent job replacing my old A/C system! They had to deal with several unexpected challenges due to my request to put the new outdoor portion of the system in a different location than the old unit. They did a great job of keeping me informed in how the install was progressing, had friendly conversational attitudes, and cleaned-up well after the job was complete. I will certainly call Elsass when the day comes & my A/C &/or furnace need service!
