  Quality of work was good. The plumber came in on Sunday morning earlier than stated, which I really appreciated. I'm tired of contractors giving me a call at the appointed time telling me they're running an hour late. He was timely, and although he was on his own due to the extremely short notice during the weekend, he finished the job in an hour and half, as he predicted. This man is a machine and really knows what he is doing. My dad likes to oversee contractors when they work on the house, and he engaged with him and answered all his questions respectfully and kindly while working his butt off. He's all around a good, sincere guy. Once he finished installing the tank, he insisted that we register the product to make sure we take advantage of the product warranty that we paid extra for. He offers his own labor warranty on top of that, but by the looks of it, I'm pretty sure we won't need to call him back. The job was very clean and well done.

  Once the technician explained to me what he was going to do, how he was going to do it and why he was going to do it. I knew this company was the real deal. I was shy and didn't want to bother the gentleman treating my home, but once I asked one question. He gave me such a detailed answer it answered all the other questions I had in mind as well. Very polite and friendly.
