  I'm not sure how to sum up how appreciative and thankful we are for Erin & Chuck at Ellsworth Well & Pump. If you are looking for a FANTASTIC family owned company, that feels like you are working with friends, please do not go with anyone else. From the moment we called Erin to get a quote, set up, digging with Chuck, installation, and everything in between I am nothing short of impressed. They are responsive, friendly, professional, and wonderful humans. They truly went above and beyond for us in so many different aspects. I highly recommend Ellsworth Well & Pump to everyone. Building a house is tough, and stressful. We always knew we were in good hands every step of the way with them. 10/5 stars. Thanks again guys!

  This company was amazing! They were able to get to us quickly, knew exactly what they were doing and what needed done. Got us fixed up that same day! We will definitely be using them from here on out. I highly recommend them!

  We had a whirlwind of problems on a snowy Saturday and this man came out past dark to help us get our water working after all day of no water and multiple service men at our home. We spent a lot of money on repairs that day just to get our water back on with little luck. But when he came out, he made us laugh about the problem and made everything all better. Came all the way to Shelby to help us in bad weather! Great service, definitely reasonably priced and his number is saved in my phone! Thank you! Emily Bentley. Shelby, Ohio
