  Great experience! Personable and professional. Flexible with scheduling, arrived as scheduled, and did a fantastic job! Kept me updated on progress. Was prepared with the right equipment for the job and ready for any possible problems. Installed a riser, found it was a 2-chamber tank, and was ready and able to install a second riser on the spot. I especially appreciate the owner's vast experience and expertise, as well as his work ethic. Provided excellent service at a fair price, and was informative about the process and the costs. Before I spoke with Elite, I was going to go with another company, which would have charged me much more, even without the second riser. I'm so glad that I ended up going with Elite!

  Horribly unprofessional and rude to say the least. We called to have a well pumped and inspected, during the first phone call they were polite as we explained our limited knowledge on this septic system (as it was a property we were looking to purchase) and scheduled a day for them to come out. We called again the day before our appointment to confirm and this man was so rude, he refused to tell us a time, belittled us, said we were wasting his time, and laughed sardonically when we offered up what little information we had. We decided we did not want to offer our business to someone who was so unhelpful and mean. We called another business the next day, offered the same information to them, they came out that same week and did the pumping and inspection with no problems. Definitely would not recommend this company unless you want to be treated poorly.

  Doesn’t even deserve 0 stars!!!!!!! First phone call was fine, sent pictures via text of aerator and septic tank. He went out next day, inspected, and gave us a price and also explained everything to my wife. Next morning my son called to ask where he needed to dig for risers-he began to belittle my wife and talk badly about her and became very nasty. My son informed him that we will never have anything to do with him or his business and terminated the call.
