  Great experience! I called to have a septic tank replaced after the previous homeowners neglected the original tank and allowed overgrown tree roots to grow and damage the tank. Corey was very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be completed. The team was a delight to work with and completely the job faster than I had anticipated. I am more than pleased with the services I received.

  I just want to give a shout out to Anthony with Elite Plumbing and Septic. They came out several months ago because we had sewage coming up in the yard. They came out and diagnosed the issue as saturated ground and suggested installing a pump tank and field lines in our back yard since the front yard couldn’t absorb anymore. They worked with the county to arrange the permits and guided me through the whole process. Once the permits were done, they came out and got the new system installed in a day and a half. They are a great company and Anthony gives you that personal touch. I would recommend them to anyone who needs service.

  I called Elite on Sunday, January 16th to discuss fixing a collapsed septic tank. On Monday, January 17th (which was a holiday) they came out to assess the problem and provided a quote. We agreed to the service and wrote a check for the deposit. On Tuesday, January 18, the new septic tank was installed before sunset. They were extremely efficient and handled our property with care, removing and putting back the fenced entry to our backyard. The work rendered and final cost was exactly what they stated - there were no gimmicks to do unnecessary work. But at the same time, they were honest and transparent about the potential problems we’d might face in the near future with our aging field lines. Anthony, Bethany, and the rest of the team at Elite are top notch! Their responsiveness, professionalism, quality service, fair pricing, timeless, and (above all) honesty sets them apart from their competitors. I highly recommend their services.
