I strive to perform trustworthy quality work in a timely manner at a fair price in this large rural area. I am an authorized service center for GE, Whirlpool, Bosch, and Thermador I will also repair any other brand out of its manufacture warranty .

  This guy is lazy and unreliable. Our home warranty company used him for repair on our Electrolux refrigerator. I filed the claim on November 13. Warranty company said he would call us. Never heard from him. Finally called him on November 18 and he said he didn't have a phone number for us and he would be at our house at 2 that same day. "Good thing we called". He came out accessed the situation and said he needed to order parts. Never heard another word from him until I received an email saying the claim had been closed on November 30 which prompted me to call Greg again. He said everything was fine and he'd be out next week on Tuesday or Wednesday. Again, never heard anything from him so my husband called him (FROM HIS PHONE) again on Wednesday and he said someone would call back and schedule an appointment. My husband told him just to call him 15 minutes before hand and he'd meet him there. Today I'm in a meeting and get out and find that I had a missed call ON MY PHONE from an hour ago. It's Greg saying he's sitting in front of my house and he doesn't have my husband's phone number. My husband calls him back and he says "I get 50 calls a day and I lost your number". He says he cannot come back out for another 7 days! We are currently having to reset our refrigerator daily because it keeps freezing up. My husband then calls the warranty company and Greg tells them that he can't do the repairs because we refuse to meet him. A complete and utter lie. Dishonest and unreliable.

  I called Elite Appliance last month for a fridge problem, we were really in a bind as this was the only one we had, it was around 4pm on a Friday, so we were skeptical on getting anyone out as we live 10 miles out of town. Greg was the gentleman that answered and said he would make a trip out there to see if he could at least get us by, he arrived within the hour, very clean cut in uniform and a well marked van, he assessed and to my surprise he had the part in his stock, he repaired it and we haven't had any problems since, I usually don't write reviews but the guy was genuine said he was a firefighter and did this on the side, I felt like he was an honest guy and I would highly recommend him to anyone in our area (LaGrange).
