  Unprofessional. Scheduled to have a plumber come out to my property on specific date between specific time - even received text message stating date and time of the appointment. The plumber was a no-show. I did not receive any calls/texts or updates, no one reached out to apologize or reschedule. Straight up poor customer service. I do not recommend.

  We greatly apologize for the misunderstanding however, the owner of the company went to your residence at 2:07pm knock more than once on your door and waited their was a yellow Ram vehicle in the driveway and no answer at the door he then contacted the office. We are willing to reschedule ASAP for a second attempt. We greatly appreciate your patience with us and will contact you tomorrow.

  ELG Plumbing provided an excellent service at my home. They arrived at the time they promised...They identified the plumbing problem quickly...And they made the repair in the wall, behind a cabinet with minimal damage to the surrounding area. The technicians were professional, polite, clean and knowledgeable. Thanks ELG!

  Leg replaced all water supply lines for my home with pex. Old supply lines were cast iron. It took the team about 3 hours to complete the job. Very professional and thorough.
