  From the moment I contacted Jessica at Elevated Comfort( business name says it all)to meeting Zach who came by the next day I knew I was in good hands. My furnace was 26 years old and had seemingly given up the ghost. Zach did every test to evaluate if it was no longer a safe and viable furnace. With videos he took and plenty of description it was clear It was time. 2 days later Logan and Miguel came to install the new furnace. They did a beautiful job and made sure the clean up was spotless. I HIGHLY recommend ELEVATED COMFORT. They are a family business and taking care of their customers is at the top of their list. Home now with heat plus a new simple to use thermostat! Thank you all so much!!!!! You all are great💥

  Elevated Comfort was amazing from start to finish, and I am glad that we went with them for what was the first large update we have done to our home. We installed a new mini-split heat pump with four heads and we also replaced our aging radiant boiler and tanked water heater with a single combi-boiler. Our experience started with Chris, who was really informative on options for the heat pump system, including the type of units we would need and could choose from, how they would be mounted and where the compressor unit could go. We live in an Eichler, which can be a little complicated to renovate, but Chris was there to help with the entire process. I definitely felt that I ended up with a proposal that took my perspective into account, and that made it easy for me to move forward. It was the same thing with Mike, who came by to talk about boilers. He came up with exactly the kind of setup we wanted (single wall-mounted boiler for both hot water and radiant heat). Catherine handled scheduling and other questions on the phone. She was great to deal with too, especially as the dates changed a few times. Logan installed the heat pump system and Mike removed the old boiler and heater and built up the new combi-boiler system. They also had their apprentices, Miguel, Damien, Sakay, and one other person whose name I didn't catch. Everyone was really respectful of our space, especially as my wife was working from home, and my dog can be protective. They were conscientious about using boot covers in our house and cleaning up stuff after the work was done. Logan and Mike would check in with me during important junctures in their surprisingly complex work, and I felt totally in the loop. They took a lot of pride in their work and made sure to do it right, rather than take shortcuts, even though the jobs ended up running longer than predicted. There were a couple of hiccups - the wrong heat pump condenser unit and head units were delivered and installed on the first day (and no one realized it until I checked the model numbers), and we had a lot of trouble with getting the thermostat working after the combi-boiler was installed. In the first case, they got the issue fixed without any fuss, once I let them know. In the second case, Mike was very proactive about finding solutions to get the thermostat working and we finally did get it working. They committed to getting these systems working in our place for a particular cost and made it happen. As I sit here in heat pump-cooled air, I must say that my comfort is indeed elevated and they lived up to their name! 😂🙏🏾

  Our water heater died on the weekend and after reaching out to four plumbers, Elevated Comfort was the first to respond and had a tech available. Nick was very through on explaining our options and the upside/downside for each. After our selection, he came and stayed after hours to finish the install. Upon completion, he took the time to explain the details of the job and future upkeep to maintain the water heater which our previous local plumber did not. Overall, amazing service and we are so happy to have hot water and better yet, a great plumber to call! I highly recommend Elevated Comfort and will rely on them again.
