The job they did was fantastic.  I was so pleased.  The team's work was fast and concise. This company and their employees are  wonderful!  Would give them 10 stars if I could.
From the proposal all the way through to the completed job they were friendly, professional,and focused on detail.  The installers, both male and female, are hard-working and committed to getting the job done right.  And they are never too busy to answer any questions!!!  So happy with our decision to use their services and we highly recommend!!!!

Same day service for an emergency electric water heater replacement. Bert, Anthony and Brady showed up on time and got to the job quickly. Zip-Zip, Anthony and Brady had a new water heater installed in under two hours. The ProPress fittings look great. Fantastic job. Thanks guys. Carlos C. was terrific! We had a pipe attached to a hose bib that needed to be repaired. We also needed our sump pump pipe re-routed further away from the house. Carlos was on time, professional, and explained everything that he needed to do before doing the work. We will definitely be using Elek again in the future for any other issues that may pop up, and will be using them again in the spring for air duct cleaning. Thank you for all of your help!

Paul & Tristen installed a Softpro water softener and a Watts hot water recirculating system.  They were well prepared and did not make a mess.  The price was reasonable.  Their work was very professional.  They were also very respectful and friendly.

I’m not big posts but when someone stands out I feel they should be congratulated and encouraged to continue. Needing a plumber I contacted several companies one of which was  Elek. Although in the end I wasn’t able to utilize their services on this project I will save the contact with the belief I will at some point in the future. As a business they have good communication practices. The sales rep/installer/technician Jody arrived when agreed, was polite, professional, concise and informative. I called Elek  about a clogged toilet.  Turns out it was not the toilet at all but lots of issues with my line that leads outside the house to the sewer.  This is a big job requiring the scheduling of an excavator as well. Everyone I dealt with at Elek was wonderful, each team that was here was professional, courteous and knowledgeable.  They gave my issue priority the entire time and because they were able to schedule the excavator the same week they received the job.  Would highly recommend.

I called about a water heater problem and within two hours a technician was at my house. They replaced the water heater the same day! My techs name was Gil and he was very friendly,  knowledgeable,  and respectful. I would definitely use Elek Plumbing again!

Elek Plumbing blows away the local competition.  We were faced with a emergency plumbing situation and called around at least 5 plumbing companies.  Each of them had lengthy annoying processes of acquiring all sorts of information before telling you they either did not have availability or could not perform the service.  Not Elek.  Right away they knew what I was talking about (a lateral sewer inspection), fit us in their tight schedule, and then showed up and did a thorough job to get us the township approval we needed.  They communicated along the way with us and even the manager reached out twice to make sure we were being taken care of and to assure us that the plumber would be there.  Thank you Elek!

Gil came with one of helpers to look at a leak we had in our downstairs basement that was back in a crawl space. We told him the problem and he went down and found it almost immediately. He came back in with the price to get the job done which was very reasonable. He and his two helpers replaced the pipe and some fittings without a problem. Gil was a pleasure to work with and was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Gil and ELEK to anyone having ANY plumbing issues. Thanks again Gil you are the MAN!
