  We began experiencing an overflow of water in our garage utility sink whenever we ran our washing machine. I assumed it was a clog in the drain line that went to the septic tank so I contacted Steve at Elect plumbing and he was able to schedule us service for the next day. After spending 45 minutes and snaking the drain he found no clog and we found that that drain line went to a gray water sump and that had probably, overtime, filled with soil and was now not a suitable drain well. Steve offered a solution of connecting that drain line to the septic tank for a reasonable fee and not charging any extra for spending his time trying to unclog the line. The time spent for he and his assistant Plus cost for piping seem very reasonable and they proceeded with the repair. Once finished the washing machine was ran and we had no water overflowing into our garage. Steve seems to be a very rare individual where he actually wants to offer a solution for the problem and not charge you for showing up then charge you for this and then charge you for that. He offered several solutions and gave guaranteed prices for each. He makes calling the plumber a much less scary proposal. Will definitely call him in the future when we have issues. Vince
