Absolutely no customer service. Here is a snapshot of what happened. First and foremost, they did not,do what they said they would do. They assumed no accountability for the suppliers they use. There was no accountability for what employees told us and our contractor on different occasions. if Rene is a manager, she clearly lacks the professionalism and customer service skills for that position. We were recommended to this location by our contractor and ordered a bath tub. Initially Jasmine assisted us, and we ordered the tub. Of course it came in broken. We were told, it is too bad, but they don't epxpedite re-deliveries even though it's came in broken the first time. After several weeks from our initial visit to the store, the tub arrived. On 6 March our contractor contacted Winnelson to arrange pick-up. A representative from Winnlson verified the ticket number and our order, and stated someone would be at the store on 7 March from 8-11 a.m. Our contractor waited an hour with no one showing up. My wife spoke to Rene Goldfien on Saturday, 7 March at 10:15 a.m.. Instead of exhibiting a level of customer service and opening the store so our contractor could do a job that had been scheduled, and rescheduled due to Winnelson's inability to meet suspense dates. During the phone call we were told NO, Winnelson would not do what A Winnelson employee coordinated with our contractor, just one day prior. Rene actually went as far to imply our contractor spoke to the wrong store even though he verified our address, ticket number, and name as well as telling him to pick it up at Winnwlson's store the next day. The entire conversation was a plethora of excuses and unaccountability. I have spent nearly 26 years of service in the military and I just can't imagine doing anything without reliability, accountability, and integrity as in this situation. Very disappointed, it at least it happened before I referred my co-worker, who is remodeling a recently purchased home. Their handling no of our situation Saved him a headache and cost Winnelson a positive referral.
