They came the next day I called and had my furnace running in less than 30 min very much appreciated their promptness

We had our first experience with them this weekend. They came after hours and we’re very courteous and had our issues fixed in a timely manner. They have earned my business going forward. Would highly recommend.

I called. No answer, no big deal. I left a message. I  Wanted to replace my furnace and central air. That was 22 days ago! I'm done waiting for the call back.

I have read the reviews and I disagree with some of the perceptions. I called them out to repair my father's A/C and a nice gentleman answered and took my call. He said he would get the message to the tech that I needed service. He forgot. I called back and they said it would be a two days before they could get to me. They did show up in two days and did way more than I asked for to get the system working. Amazing difference and the price was below what I expected. They are honest. They are professional. They are specialist in understanding what should be done, if you do not do as they ask, don't expect the results I received for my father. Thank you Tim and team for being honest and diligent, we need more companies like you folks have built.

I’ve called numerous times and no one is coming to come help me with the sewer gas smell coming from under my trailer. The place I rent from, Mills is requiring me to have one of your guys come and look to establish if it’s their issue or mine. It’s going to start making me super sick if not fixed and I was told someone would be here Monday, no call, no show. Then I called all day Tuesday, no answer, no call back. Then I called today and was told someone would call me back today on what happened. NO CALL. I’m super displeased and can’t go through someone else. So I guess this is how you treat customers tho?

They generally do a great job, car comes out clean and ahiny.  My only advice is that they spend more time spraying the very front and lower trim since it is summer and their are bug guts all over the front.   Vaccuums and wipe down towels are great.

Have used them twice in the last couple months and have had great service! Will use them again and again! Def recommend

Ripped of my sister by saying it wasn’t their fault that they never connected a wire in her heater, which caused a ton of problems for her, even though they were the only ones in there. So not only did they not do their job after she paid them, she had to pay someone else to do it too. Should’ve looked at reviews before hiring them as it seems like a gamble to go with them if you’ll get good service or not.

I had to get a second opinion from another hvac tech for our furnace. I was told the motor for the fan needed to be replaced but all it was, was the capacitor. That's a difference between $50 and $200-400!!

Had them fix a motor fan in my heater and must have left a plug unplugged for the electric heater so when it got too cold outside for my heat pump to work the heater wasn’t heating the house because the electric heater wasn’t plugged in.  Caused  me to have to have another company come to look at it and finish plugging in the wire that they should have plugged in when they were finishing up with there job.  And then they just refused to take blame for it due to the time span between jobs
