  HGTV quality work!! EJ services renovated our basement bathroom, covered the ceiling tiles in our living and dining room, and removed this hideous texture from our dining room walls. Justin, the owner, pays close attention to detail and is a perfectionist at his craft. Melinda, the designer, really understands how to design and proportion a space beautifully. She is also professional, quick to respond and makes the entire process seamless. Ishmael does impeccable drywall work. They also do stunning tile work. I have included before and after pictures because their work speaks for itself!

  Set up an appointment for an estimate at the beginning of February to finish a bathroom and bedroom in my basement. Called to check the status 3 weeks later, and was told I should hear back in a week. After calling back at the end of the following week, I was told the estimate still wasn’t ready and would hear back in a couple days. Still not hearing back from them, I called again and was told the estimate was locked out and they could not view it but it was done. Yet again I was told to try back later. I called 2 more time before receiving a text back saying that I would see something by the end of the day. After not receiving an estimate, I reached out again and was told they were too busy to send it to me. I understand lead times are 3-4 months before they could start, but didn’t think it would take a month and a half to get and estimate… and only if I kept reaching out. Cannot speak on quality of work, as I will be reaching out to someone else for this job. Apparently, others are satisfied because the obviously have more work than they can handle.
