  Called to schedule a service call, but was told I do not live in their service area. Their website indicates multiple states service area. Was told it did not apply to Residential calls. Was told if they would come out, the service call would be charged by the quarter hour x 2 persons starting at their office. Went elsewhere!

  We recently had well and pressure tank issues. My husband was able to do a quick fix, but we asked Eichelbergers come by and evaluate our system. The gentlemen that looked at our pressure tank and the 9 year old was the culprit. They recommended replacement; but because my husband is a DIY kind of guy they said it was a job he could do. They recommended the tank we would need and where to buy it. Their advice saved us money and time. As home owners we appreciate sound advice. We will recommend Eichelbergers to others.

  I bought my house last year, house was built in 2008. The pressure tank installed by Eichelbergers needs replaced already. Tank started leaking due to a gouge in the tank that could have only happened during installation. Tank is installed in corner of basement and gouge is on the bottom of tank in back, no way anything else caused this other than install. Called to discuss this problem and was told tank only has 5 year warranty. This wasn’t a tank failure, it was poor installation. The tank likely would have lasted much longer had it not been gouged. I wouldn’t recommend this company based solely on the fact you may be replacing major components of your system within 10 years due to faulty installation. The tank alone is $500, not to mention all the plumbing work. No support or acknowledgement of the faulty installation.

  We're sorry you are disappointed with the warranty. Our tanks do carry a 5 year warranty. If the dent was concealed as you described it's possible we missed it on the original installation as well. I don't see a service call in your name, feel free to contact Ken (our department manager) so he can pull the service record and talk to the service person as well as our installation people to avoid these issues.
