  I spent two days on hold with reliance attempting to find a part for my water heater. I called this business and he took the time to call his supplier, cross reference parts to find a compatible part and then called me back to say he found the part. He didn’t do this after a service call, he didn’t do this after I paid him, he did it because I needed help and needed hot water. I will send his contact info to everyone I know (already have) but his generosity allowed me to get a part I needed, fix it and make the EMS class I’m teaching so my wife and child have got water. Couldn’t thank this guy enough

  We had to get our shower fixed after it would not stop running. A week after it was fixed there was water leaking on the floor below. We called and left a message. Never called back!!!

  I called because my water heater was leaking and needed replaced. Ben was very prompt at returning my call and made time to fit me in his busy schedule. He replaced the hot water heater and did a great job!
