  I would say the quality and workmanship was great, the only real issue is communication on schedule and better explanations of options. After the fact I could have gone with a couple different options that were not offered. Guys ion the field were easy to work with and new their jobs well!!! What would help the guys doing the work would be a project coordinator, and a PM running several projects keeping all parties in the loop..

  Very happy with the service we received when we called this winter with the lose of heat. They showed up within an hour, very friendly, courteous. Our furnace wasn't their brand, but they figured out the problem immediately, had the heat back on within 30 minutes. Also our air went out this summer, called Edwards, showed up within 2 hours, took less than 20 minutes to repair. the bill was very reasonable too. I highly recommend Edwards for all your repairs. Thank you for being so prompt and efficient.
