  Wow, called. Lady or Man on the phone sounded bored, miserable, and like they needed a red bull. It was hurting my brain and I had to hang up.

  Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Said he’s never been out to the house I Home Watch for and he literally installed the back-flow valves. So many good plumbers out there don’t bother with this miserable one.
