HORRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT USE! They took me for $3000 and I'm still having problems with the kitchen sink and they won't answer my calls or call me back. The drain is backing up and ruining my floor. I am having to see my attorney over it. They could have rerouted the sink for the money I have spent. Very unprofessional.

Father used this company to install plumbing for a shower he was building in his own bathroom. They did not fasten the pipes up well enough to the stud to hold the shower head up. When he did the pipes fell and he had already put up durarock on the wall covering the plumbing. Ed’s wouldn’t return calls

I am so disappointed in how our repair services were handled with this company. I do not recommend them at all. Terrible customer service and so unprofessional. My husband and i have a tankless water heater and we called them to come repair it in April 2020. We were told by the technician that our system needed to be flushed and he proceeded to flush it, but it never actually got done. So first and foremost they were dishonest about what services were provided to us that day. Now, it's June 2020 and we're having the exact same issue we had 2 months ago. So, I had another more experienced plumber from a different company take a look & we were informed that it never actually got flushed or cleaned properly like it was supposed to back in April, although we were charged accordingly like it had been done. So i called Ed's plumbing to see what the issue was and why we were charged so much money for them to not do what they said they were going to do. Let me just say, they didn't do anything to try to make it right. I couldn't even get a hold of the owner to speak to him about the issue. I just waited around all day for him to call me back and never got a phone call. We were most certainly ripped off and lied to. This is not acceptable. I have been in customer service for many years and I have never been treated like this before or so disrespected and if there's one thing I've learned over the years is that the customer is always right. Instead of trying to make things right and correct the issue to make us happy, all the man wanted to do was argue with me and tell me that the technician did what he was supposed to do. And, he pretty much said that my husband was a liar and that his technician would never do something like that. He did not want to take responsibility AT ALL. This is not good customer service. Needless to say, we will not be using them again for any type of service. If you need a water heater repaired, I would not call them. They don't seem very knowledgeable or experienced with tankless water heaters, because if they were, they would have fixed it right the first time and we wouldn't in the same boat having the same exact issue 2 months later.
