  I would warn future customers to get a price quote before you let them touch anything, and to ask how many workers they will be sending. I have used Ed's for years taking care of my boiler. This is the first time I have felt that I've been over charged for their service. It took two visits, first to look at the problem, but he was here no longer than 15 minutes. The second trip was to replace the expansion tank on boiler, and they were here for three hours, and for some reason, they sent 2 techs out, I guess so they could double the labor charge. If you figure 30 minutes each way for travel, it should have been a total of 5 hours and 15 minutes. Instead, I got charged 11.25 hours for labor. After bringing this to their attention they are going to give me one hour of labor back. I am sorry, but I won't be using them again.

  Great service every time! They serviced our 10+ year old furnace in 2020, doing what the other company couldn't, and even on the first visit. Came back out recently to do a maintenance and fixed another mess up by the same prior company. They were able to do it in a timely manner, at an affordable price, and fixed what the other company couldn't. I recommend them to all my friends and family within the service area.

  They were able to repair a situation that had been TOTALLY ignored by another service I had for years.True professionals who their craft.Friendly,yet always doing great job.
