  I was visiting my mom from out of state and her heat went out. Call the day before Thanksgiving and they came right out and took care of my mom's unit. My mom unit went out once before and they brought heaters to stay warm until the parts came in. It's such a blessing to still have a company that cares about people and their well being. God bless!!

  This company is without a dought one of the best companies here in kinston. They are very courteous and professional. Thank you for all you do for my dad who is 84 years young.

  Sammy came out the morning I called and fixed our AC quickly. I will be calling them again for our AC needs. Linda, in the office, was also very polite and helpful.
