  We had several companies out to our house when we started flooding and I found EcoSpect to be the most honest, easy to understand, and caring. Adam, Leslie and the team listened to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions with patience, positivity, and detail. So glad we went with them! Their communication was great and they did a phenomenal job in our basement.

  I give EcoSpect a 10/10. Adam took the time to design our radon mitigation system so the discharge is hidden from the outside of the house, and the fairly complicated suction pipes are routed so they don't restrict our usage of the basement. Other installers who quoted our house were not willing to spend the time to figure out how to do this. Dave installed the system and was friendly, professional. and did extremely high quality work. We are happy knowing the system is done the right way!

  Adam and his crew were able to do our complicated drainage and dehumidifier job earlier than expected. They showed up on time, finished on time, and left the place cleaner than it was when they came. We ran into some issues with our plumbing while the crew was here, but they helped us figure out the problem and even dry out the leak--above and beyond the call of duty. They all wore masks inside, as asked. We would recommend them to anyone.
