  Furnace was malfunctioning and was lucky enough to get someone out same day. Honestly, that rarely happens due to how busy companies can be. Dave came out and found the problem almost instantly. Blew out the hoses and informed me as to what the issue was, going as far as to walk me thru the process he was doing. He was honest and told me he may have to come back out, which he did because the gunk he dislodged decided to create another clog further down the hoses. No one can control that, it either happens or doesn't. He again went over the process and made sure i understood. Let me ask questions and alleviated any fears I had of a gas leak. Highly recommend this company and Dave for keeping my family warm. I truly appreciate them!!

  We thought our gas furnace was leaking so we called Economy. When the technician came he found a leak in the pipe to the water heater. He then gave us a bid to install a new water heater. We bought our own water heater and he came to install it. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and experienced! I love how quickly they were able to help me out! I am so glad that I was recommended this company by a friend. I will always go back to them now!

  Economy heating came to fix our furnace this past winter when it stopped working. I told them on the phone the the ignitor was not working. The technician came and looked it over, left to go gets parts, then came back to fix it. He was there less than an hour. I understand the 1 hour minimum charge but was shocked to see they charged me for the technician to go get the parts. I understand paying for the parts and the labor, but having to charge me while they go get the parts that should have been with them is ridiculous. As a property manager I have worked with lots of different companies like this in Idaho Falls, Blackfoot, and Pocatello and have never been charged for the technician to go get parts. Very disappointed. Please use any other company in town and save your self some $$!
