I am very impressed with this company.  In an age where getting any type of work done is challenging, they are amazing.  Same day service with great follow-up.  I will never call another plumber.

Had a great experience with a hot water valve replacement. I called Echols and they came on a day when most companies were closed. The plumber was very efficient and informative. I would certainly recommend their services!

We needed plumbing work on my mom's home before she came home from the hospital.  Echols came out the next day, took care of everything at a very reasonable rate.  The plumber was courteous and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Echols.  They have also performed AC work for us and again did an excellent job at good rates.

I try to DIY  most plumbing, but I had a difficult slow leak beneath the kitchen sink cabinet. Not able to find any plumber recommendations, I took a yellow pages stab at Echols. They set an appointment for the next day, and  after checking in for an OK "Gerry" arrived early. He was terrific, courteous and neat. He listened carefully to my comments, and set about the job. He did excellent work and left the work area neat and clean. All in all I am very pleased.

Echols is a fantastic company to deal with.  Always prompt and courteous and they do great work.  They are the only plumbing and Air conditioning company I will use.  Thanks for your quick response to my plumbing needs!

Had Echols come out to service two ac units ( Frigidaire & Trane Unit R-22).  The bill was $150 bucks $75 dollars a unit. Jimmy, the HVAC Repair employee, put the AC gauge on the Frigidaire sprayed the unit with some cleaner hosed it down.  Trane Unit was just washed with some cleaner because no AC gauge was needed because it was Trane Unit and used R-22.   I also asked why the vents had condensation occurring, Jimmy indicated the vent was closed or the duct work needed to be replaced with an extra comment that one vent in every house leaks.   Jimmy was also in an big rush phone kept ringing non stop and text from the boss to hurry up. Just sharing my experience to educate others on customer service and value I did not feel that I  received quality service from this company and don't think I could recommend them in the future.

Can't say that the company is bad but one guy who works there, John, is very unprofessional! Is very hateful. Doesn't wanna hear what the experience of problem you have. Charged $180 to use a plunger and left with still having the problem. Company sends him back after contacting them and he made horrible messes through out the home...drips the plunger thru the home(on carpet too)! Then has to use snake after all which we suggested in the first place since we already used a plunger before calling them to begin with! Won't use these guys again cause don't want this guy back here EVER!
