  I get a new ac/heating unit . overcharge me 6000.00.the next day the unit went out call them back out they told me I need a new air duct? That's why the unit wasn't working.So I have to pay a enough quote 6000.00 for air ducts.I asked them why my old unit worked fine and the air duct was install with my old unit 11 years ago and why didn't they check the air ducts before installing a new unit.and I know now they never checked the air ducts causes they never went up under the house cause the door was still locked.Rob said the guys that worked for him was new and he will speak with them.Move forward 1or 3 years later the power blowout on the unit had to paid out again to have it replaced now Rob told me my water heater needed to be replaced because it was leaking from the pressure valve on the outside of the house.Paid for it to be replaced and it still leaks he told me I had to call the water company about the water pressure to adjust it so the new water will not leak omg this company is a rip off .I had this new water heater for 9 months not a year.And the pilot light 🕯️ will not stay on he has come by the house three times to try and fix it still not working .I had my old water heater for years all I need was a new pressure valve on it.I listen to this man and his company and everytime he comes out for something his company install I have to paid for it cause it not covered sick sick I'm sick

  Easy Air was able to come out same day and repair my air conditioning. The technician Rob came out and was very professional and courtious. He was able to identify the issue and repair it same day. I am very grateful to have found a reliable company and will continue to utilize them in the future for any issues.

  Anything BUT easy air. I've sat in a house for almost TWO months because our BRAND new ac that they installed, broke. And its taken them forever to order new parts. We have called them so many times its unbelievable. Currently sitting in an ice cold house. Don't bother calling this company.
