  I hired Eastern Pipe Service to repair a pipe break at a Homeowners Association that I managed. I honestly cant say enough positive things about Kenny Thompson and his crew. Prior to them showing up onsite, Kenny called me to notify me that he was 30 minutes out. My first impression was that Kenny was extremely knowledgeable about the trenchless process. He demonstrated leadership skills, but not only was he deligating tasks, he was hands on digging. He continued to communicate with me and the owners throughout the day. In a situation that could easily become hectic with disgruntle homeowners, he seemed to have everything under control and running extremely well. At the end of the day, Kenny confirmed that they were done AND the Pipe was repaired. I reviewed the units they were working in, and confirmed with the owners that they cleaned up the site so well, it was as if they were never there. Even the ladies in the office where a breeze to deal with. Helpful and Friendly. Carrie was very communiative, making my job that much easier.
