  Kary was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me options and helped me figure out what I needed. Awesome customer service! If you haven’t visited their showroom, I recommend a visit. Just beautiful!

  The gentlemen there were very helpful and kind to me. I had a broken toilet handle with me in hand. They sold me the wrong part but when I returned they didn't even question me. I needed a right handle lever which is uncommon. I will definitely go back.
