  First time user...Very Pleased! They came right out within an hour of calling for our leaking city water meter out front (city said it was on our end not theirs). They quickly found out after digging it out -it Was the City’s side where the gasket failed and the water ate right thru the fitted pipe! The boss called the city to come and fix it and within a half hour they also came and realized it was their faulty side. All work was documented on both ends and hopefully the city will reimburse us for all work done and extra water usage! Glad to have reliable, quick response plumbers in town!

  East Coast Plumbing and Drain did an amazing job at my new home. They arrived on time and replaced my new sink faucet within minutes and also fixed a couple leaks on pipes outside. Their team was respectful and friendly. They are actually scheduled to come by tomorrow to do some more work on my bathroom. Since I run my business from home and often have clients over, it is important when there is a problem, it's fixed immediately. These guys have my business for as long as I live in Wilmington!

  What a great company! My requests was handled quickly and efficiently and their services were fairly priced. The gentleman who took care of us, Nick, was very professional and pleasant to be around. You can't beat their customer service. They followed up on the work and made sure I was satisfied. The payment was easy to take care of online as well. I would highly recommend East Coast Plumbing to anyone who could use their services. Keep doing what you are doing!
