    Home warranty connected us with this company. Right away I noticed the only means of contact was to call Earl's phone. Isn't the most personable with people, but I'm not either, so I figured whatever. He gave us a time frame of 12-3 for a technician to come look at our furnace, tech came right at 12. I'm home most of the time, so the timing wasn't an issue for me, but if you work a typical 9-5, it will be an issue. Tech diagnoses the problem very quickly and let us know he would order the replacement part then be in contact with us. Received a voicemail from Earl about an appointment time. After some phone tag, I was able to talk to him, but I had to ask three different times what the time frame for the tech to arrive was going to be. If you want to know information, ask. The time frame was between 11-4. Tech showed up around 2 and was gone by 3. Fixed our furnace no issues. My two recommendations for this company: - Give an invoice or some sort of documentation to the home owner for record keeping. I received nothing and was told nothing about possible fees. Made me a little uncomfortable. - Have another method of contact besides phone. Phone tag was unnecessary for me to simply respond with a confirmation in regards to an appointment time. Phones will ring less for you and customers will receive quick and better communication. Overall, experience was fine. They got the job done. However, communication is lacking. If you go through them, by choice or because your home warranty connected you, ask questions if you want to know something and don't expect overly friendly service. They're a very in and out type of business, which was fine with me, but most people like the customer service act. The technician we dealt with was very prompt, knowledgeable, and nice. Not sure if I'd use them again as I like good communication and more modern ways of communicating, but overall I had no major complaints. Some techs will be more knowledgeable than others and some jobs will be quick and easy while others will take more time. Experience really depends on what tech you get.

    This man replaced a switch and charged 450 dollars he's crazy. I have been with out heat all winter this year and says it only has a 90 day warranty. Never again this this con job.

    Thank you all for your reviews. It confirmed my suspicions. I too was assigned with my home warranty. Not very professional. Only wanted to be here after 11 and 4 was too late. I'm sorry I have a job!!! Can't take a whole day off to wait for you. Had many ideas and suggestions. Seemed annoyed by all of them. I tried, I really did. Got week excuses. "Oh we need it to warm up" Or "in our line of work that's just how it is" I'm in the service industry. This is not how business is conducted. Requested a different contractor. Update: Ended up showing up anyway as we were leaving for another appointment at 1215(why I pushed 11 not after) in a pickup truck. No company logos or uniform or tools in sight. Did you think you were gonna guess the problem and be back later with proper equipment? Bring all that with you?????
