They helped me install my water heater and hooked up my water softener and drain and did a phenomenal job at it. Jake was my plumber and was very friendly and helpful to make sure I was taken care of. I will definitely use their services in the future!

Chris Rios was actually our serviceman, but his name was not available on the selection list. Sorry Rusty. He was super professional, very kind and offered suggestions to avoid possible issues in the future. He came in, diagnosed the problem, changed out the broken part, and made sure everything was tested fully before he left. I will be sure to request him if I ever need plumbing service in the future. I want to also give a shout out to a fabulous office staff. I had several conversations with Julie and a couple with Cindy. They were both very pleasant and welcoming. What a great business family they must have. Thank you all for your help with our Rheem Hot water Tank.

Had some issues with our older on-demand water. Called Earl Gray and Sons to get a quote for a new one. From the first visit for site inspection all the way through installation was a very professional experience. Service manager arrived on time and provided a quote. The 2 installers showed up on time and were very friendly. This was a commercial installation requiring 2 water heaters daisy chained and tied into our filtration system. The installers got here and spent all day making the system look and perform absolutely beautifully. They exceeded our expectations in every way. Earl Gray and Sons will be my first phone call going forward for all of plumbing needs.
