  As a physician who sat on the Board of Medical Quality Assurance for a Silicon Valley hospital, the "A Team" (aka Fred, Grayson and Sam) from "Eagle Plumbing" receives high marks. The team was prompt with a work ethic that's to be admired. Team leader Fred is very organized and thorough. Grayson's skills set and experience is truly remarkable for his age. A special shout out to Sam who was able to think "out of the box" and determined a way to access a difficult pipe situation, saving my master bathroom from a major complicated mess. The rave reviews on Yelp and from many of my Sun City friends ( Roseville and Lincoln) along with the A+ rating from BBB are all well deserved. A slab leak can be a homeowner's worst nightmare. Repiping an entire house through the attic can be overwhelming. Having a team of plumbers who work well together, efficiently and quickly, (yet meticulous about getting EVERY detail right) changed a stressful situation into one of relief with their excellent workmanship and skills along with polite and considerate behavior. An unexpected install of a broken water heater, correction of many standard plumbing issues not addressed by the previous home owner and a complete replreacement and reconfiguration of the front water service with the more "senior friendly" ball valves with handles, all made for a complete package that was still delivered as promised on the planned deadline. Free estimates. Available 24/7 No extra fees on weekends. Heather's prompt replies, updates and excellent communication skills makes her a solid office manager. Gerrod's review of exactly what the job involves with realistic expectations is exactly what I expect from a contractor. If you want a company that ticks off ALL your boxes, I highly recommend one of the best businesses loved by what seems like the entire town of Lincoln.

  My tankless water heater stopped working, two guys show up and with NO diagnosing tell me "It's old and you need a new unit" The cost was $2,500 and I said no thanks. Called another company and they changed an "O" ring and cleaned out the vent system for $250. Works great now.
