  Eagle plumbing & Home Warranty of America are a joke. Gave a "diagnosis" that conveninetly the warrantly company won't cover. Not to mention doesn’t match the diagnosis on my “service call” receipt. He is obviously incentivized by the warranty company to relieve them of obligation. And he charged me $70 for his 10 minutes of corrupt diagnosis. Beware of this fraud of a company.

  Our plumber showed up and appeared either hungover or drunk. Tried to get out of all work and claimed that none of the work was covered (HWA confirmed that it is). He didn't bother getting proper tools, damaged some trim in my house, left and ended up doing nothing helpful at all. If i could leave zero stars I would. Edit: then the owner posts to my Facebook page, contacted me directly threatening a defamation lawsuit.

  My home warranty company contacted eagle plumbing for my garage disposal not working.... appointment set on Friday while I was at work.... when I got home my wife paid $80 for a $4 garbage disposal tool
