  The business answered and took down intake information, and said they would call back to schedule. They never called back and I had to get another company the next day.

  Called to have my drain in bathroom unclogged. They spent 5 minutes trying to snake it and it wouldn’t work. Then I got charged $110. Had I been told this is what it was going to cost before they came, I would’ve bought a small snake or rented one for $20 and saved the money! I expected a fair charge, not to get price gouged! After I complained to worker about the price, I was told the company would apply the amount to an estimate I requested to replace approximately 10-15 ft. Of 1/2” gas pipe. I waited a week and never heard back. Called them about estimate and was told someone would get back to me. Next day I get an estimate sent by email for $1,000 to replace the pipe. No detailed estimate, just $1000 price! As a retired contractor I’m just dumbfounded at this estimate! My complaint: prices are not fair and reasonable, and no details to how they come up with the pricing? This is the problem living in a small town, the prices are never small, and many times it seems prices are just thrown at you with no thought process! Totally disappointed with this company and how this was handled for being a 1st Time customer... Not knocking anyone with this review just telling it the way it was!

  Only disappointment was not being able to use a 25% off gift certificate that had no expiration date. I was told it was only for 2018. Had I know this I would have used it in 2018 for other jobs that I have that need to be done. ☹️ Otherwise their work was great and letting me know the problem before it was fixed was wonderful.

  Mrs. Geron, Thank you for your review! Just to clarify, that coupon was mailed December of 2017 for use in 2018 and was honored for that entire year. I apologize for the confusion and keep an eye out for upcoming discounts. We do coupons every couple months! We sure appreciate your business!
