Brain of EZ Septic Solutions responded quickly to our need to fix a distribution box issue that came up in an septic inspection prior to the March 2021 closing of one of our condo association's units. Despite the age of the system, he engineered a great solution. Brian's team also mitigated a separate drainage issue that was destroying our service drive. All-around great work as well as, smart, courteous, and prompt service. We highly recommend!

Its was easy and convenient to schedule an appointment.
They came, walked around the yard, gave me suggestions on what they could do.  Paid them $250 for them to come out and they told me that they would credit me the $250 when they would come out to do the work.  Unbeknownst to me, I submitted the septic repair permit to the county,  when the county tried to get a hold of them they didn't answer.
Apparently they were to submit the permit with the repair suggestions to the county for approval.  Over a month later now I have to fins another contractor.  Cant trust their word.

Brian Lynn is very responsive and easy to work with, I would use them again in a heartbeat. We had a septic emergency, and he was able to work us into his schedule that same day. He has a great team and works with Barry's septic(if you need a pump). Give them a call and they will get back to you quickly!

My septic alarm went off on a Sunday morning and I needed someone to respond right away.  I called Brian and he had plumber out to my house within two hours to diagnose the problem. In addition to a broken pump, we discovered that I had a safety hazard with an internal junction box.  Brian came out the next day to pump the septic.  Parts were ordered, my repairs were completed super quick, and the pump was brought back up to code.  I would definitely use their services again!

What can I say I am beyond pleased with the work that Brian did for me.  At the start of the process with having to install new septic system because of older one stopped working and needed to be replaced.  Brian not only gave me an exceptional quote but put my mind at ease.  If you want an honest, top quality work then no need to go anywhere else but to Ez Septic Solutions and to top it off you will have the pleasure of working with Brian.  Thank you so much Brian...

EZ septic and plumbing have excellent service. I needed a pipe drained to be fix call many different companies, super glad I when with EZ septic and plumbing. Technician was very professional and friendly. You can not go wrong using these guys for plumbing or septic needs. Thank you for doing a great job.

We paid Brian $2400 on Aug. 21 for him to come that weekend to cut down some trees, treat the tank with root destroyer, install a riser and new inlet line. We didn't think twice about paying him because he performed the inspection on the septic system for the purchase of our new home. Unfortunately, he never showed up to do the work so my husband engaged in calling him repeatedly only for him to promise he'd get over to the property to complete the work. After over a dozen phone calls and hearing multiple excuses we decided it was best to cut ties. The only work that was completed was cutting down a few trees. On Nov. 8th, Brian offered a $900 refund. Of course, two weeks later and we are still waiting on that and will probably never see it. I do not recommend this company. Stay away and save yourself the frustration and headache.  We will never use E-Z Septic Solutions again. This has been such a frustrating and disappointing process.

E-Z seems to be posting comments with only good ratings.  Potential customers, please learn from our mistake for which we're considering contacting Attorney General's Office for Brian (E-Z) charging us an additional $2,400 to install two extra pipes and tree cutting work we DID NOT need or asked Brian (E-Z) to perform.
Had we known at that time that Brian should have known, you may have a distribution box with 9 ports, but elect to connect only 6 pipes, etc. Brian and his crew within about 20 minutes after arriving onto our property and prior to digging up most of the affected area Brian told us "You were misinformed. You have 8 not 6 pipes to be replaced. Each pipe costs $200 @ totaling $400 + $2,000 to cut down additional trees. Days prior to Brian's (E-Z's) arrival we had the 12 or more trees identified by the person who performed the inspection as needing to be cut down and removed.
The only reason we did not have the company that performed the inspection (who was charging us only $3,100 [compared to Brian (E-Z) charging us $4,800]) is because the other company was not able to perform the septic work prior to our January 25, 2021, settlement date scheduled to sell our home.
Brian demanded we pay the $4,800 in full and being desperate to have the work performed by January 25, 2021, we paid.
By Brian (E-Z) NOT being the company that performed the inspection, we should have DEMANDED Brian (E-Z) perform ONLY the work specifically identified in the inspection report provided to Brian (E-Z) that he agreed to perform for $2,400.

I am disappointed in your completion of the work you performed on our property that does not coincide with the septic tank repair work identified in the message (inspection report findings) my wife texted to you January 18, 2021, 9:35 am., that you agreed to perform that included "level and speed level" that you failed to perform.

Your work is no better and maybe worse than the initial company that dug out the main area (distribution/surge box) where you started.  During our last conversation shortly after your arrival on the day to perform the work you advised us that whoever inspected our septic tank miscalculated the number of pipes, and that there are 8, not 6 pipes.  We agreed to your $400 increase from $2,400 to $2,800, to install the two additional pipes.  A short time later, you called stating you needed an additional $2,000 to move trees and roots to complete the job.

After paying you $4,800, how dare of you to leave those five uprooted trees roughly cut with 4-feet of the trees' trunks and roots protruding from the ground with sharp pointed hazardous edges exposed without  cutting them down to ground level (that you agreed to do) and discarding them in an area along with the multiple trees we cut down a week earlier that were the specific and only trees identified in the other company's inspection report needing to be removed to be able to perform the repair work needed.  As you can see from the picture attached below contrary to the work you agreed to perform, you also failed to LEVEL the area YOU DUG UP.  You left our property in a mess and the reason I request at least $1,000, if not $1,500, be returned to us.  In your text message to my wife on Saturday, Jan. 23, 2021, you stated that you and your company are the ones being 'mistreated'.  How do you think we feel about you doubling your original price of $2,400 to $4,800, and failed to properly execute the terms of your contract/invoice (or agreement)?

Wow Miss Barbra you should be ashamed of yourself....you called me basically crying because you had to have this work completed or you were gonna loose the sale on this house....so I re arranged my schedule for the day to make these repairs happen only to find a huge amount of mis information. Not only we’re there additional lines but there were approximately 9-30 to 50 foot tall trees directly on the header lines. So instead of 6 hours of work it turned into 14 hours of work and the an additional day of driving which your house from our shop is 1:45 minutes one way. I’m sorry you are not satisfied with our service but I feel like we went way above and beyond to get you out of the pinch you were in.

Was very pleased with the professionalism of there work. I was also impressed with how they handled the service by taking many pictures and explaining everything they did to fix our septic lines.

Brian is always there to help me with the bigger jobs when I need help. He is more the capable of handling all situations in a time crunch and is just enjoyable to work with. I would recommend this company for any an all septic situations or major repairs. This is the only company that I would ever refer my customers too. Thank you for all that you do.
