  Not impressed with E.R.Fabian & Son. Have water softener installed by them from previous owner, and wanted to check up / tune up on this existing system installed by E.R.Fabian... after several calls and finally getting an appointment, they were a No-Show. Spent 1/2 day waiting for them, they would not answer phone. My advise is to pass on these goobers and find a professional team to work on your water systems.

  Today Bob and Marc came out to our home in milton. Replaced our bad tank and fixed bad water pressure issues. Clean, polite and very professional. I will use them again and would recommend these guys to anyone with with water system problems. Thanks Bob and Marc.

  Terrific service! I phoned the company when I moved to our new home, which has two pieces of Fabian water treatment equipment in it, and again today when we had an issue. On both occasions, Bob Fabian answered all of my questions over the phone, without the need for a service call -- and notably, without a service fee! These folks stand behind their equipment; I recommend them highly.
