Very efficient and friendly. said about three hours. was done even faster anyone giving them a 1 star rating is full of it. amazing job and super grateful for the hard work done. also they were the only plumbers we called who came the same day we called. we called a bunch of people. the person that answers the phone was super nice to thank you very much. the job done and you are greatly appreciated. Excellent communication leading up to appointment and then the tech was couteous, gave a fair price up front and did a great job.  Saved me $800 from what Mr Rooter had qouted!  Thank God I called E and M!!!

The new home we bought had some problems with the water supply and issues with the waste water piping. E&M was able to handle all our needs from a new water line brought in from the street to repairing our waste lines and adding a new (this baby will flush anything) toilet. A great team and a wonderful family owned business. If you're in need of a plumber E&M can handle it!

Not at all recommended.   Had an inspection report on house with very clear-cut items that needed to be done.  Had several people within E&M say this would be no problem to provide a quote and had to follow-up multiple times to get them to actually get the quote.  Then twice had one person (Danielle) intervene and insist they do a $100 dollar service visit first to determine what is wrong and provide a quote even though the inspection clearly outlines the items and they are very basic (replacement of pvc pipe).  Basically,  the repairs are minor/inexpensive and they want to charge an additional base fee to make it worth their time rather than just be honest with client.  Also they refuse to charge based on hourly charge, so basically they can charge you whatever they want...and you will already be $100 down for initial fee so they have you invested already...not worth headache and run-around.

I'm sorry you are frustrated with the way we do business. We have been operating with a service call fee and quoted pricing for many years.  If you go to a doctor, or a mechanic to have them take a look at something, they do not do it for free.  It costs money to have an office or shop and/or trucks and personnel.  As I was unaware of what had already transpired between yourself and my service team, after speaking with Danielle this morning, I was informed that you had already actually scheduled an appointment and one of my service technicians had actually been to the site on April 12th and no one was available either on-site or to answer our phone calls to you.  It is standard procedure and company policy to charge a service call fee and I know everyone is informed of this when they first make an appointment.   I have already spent money to send a person to your requested location and was unable to actually review the items you asked.

Questioning our honesty is reproachful as we let it be known when an appointment is made what the service call cost will be and that we will provide an up-front quote to complete work.  We do not charge by the hour.  It is not how we choose to do business.
