Failed to answer the phone when calling. Missed the three hour service window without contacting me at all. Finally said they could come at 7:30pm (4.5 hours after the end of the 3 hour appointment window). I would rather roll the dice with someone that at least calls to say they are late and is available by phone to reschedule.

DO NOT USE DYNAMIC PLUMBING. I have never had a good interaction with Dynamic Plumbing. They are rarely on time. The last time they came to my house they had a 10-1 window of time and they did not show up until around 4 and did not call me, I had to call them. Every time they come to my house (5 times now because my home warranty will not send anyone else out) I ask them to call me 30 minutes prior to their arrival as I have the same address as a church in downtown Rome and I want to make sure they have the right address. They usually call me 10 minutes prior or when they are lost and I have to redirect them in the other direction. I have also asked them to update my address to what needs to be put into maps and they never do. This causes the technician to be even later than however late they already are. My appointment today was from 1-4. I called at 3:20 just to check in because I had not heard anything and the receptionist said that he was there. When I made the appointment I told her about my address and to call 30 minutes prior. No one called me and the technician ended up at the church because they didn't call me to let me know they were on their way. My roommate had made arrangements to leave work to meet the technician when we were going to get the call saying he was 30 minutes away. We did not get the call so when I let her know he was at the house, she rushed from work only to get there and he was at the wrong address because no one updated my address. When I called and asked the receptionist where the technician was, she was very rude to me and said that I have never told her about my address. I have lived in this house for almost 2 years and I tell every company about my address. She was incredible rude and snippy to me. I waited another hour and he was still not there and the ETA said 5:30. I called the Jason, the owner, with no answer, and I called the receptionist with no answer. When Holly called me back she said that he went and took another job while waiting for me. IF HE HAD CALLED ME WHEN HE WAS ON HIS WAY WE COULD HAVE AVOIDED ALL OF THIS MESS BUT JASON THE OWNER DID NOT CALL ME WHEN HE WAS ON HIS WAY AS A COURTESY. They are unprofessional it is unbelievable. My roommate asked him to stay so that I could discuss with him how the day went and why I was so disappointed. He wouldn’t wait two minutes for me to get home. If I never have to use Dynamic Plumbing again it would still be too soon.

Jason & partner were awesome! They are skilled professional plumbers who quickly determined the orgin of our water leak & repaired the pipe expertly! They were courteous, professional and adhered to CDC guidelines for socially distancing & wearing PPE. I highly recommend Dynamic Plumbing & Drain!
