Do not go here for an install. After the two year warranty pipes are leaking, things need to be replaced, parts has failed, wires were crossed. I had to get another company to fix their mistakes. I’m just outside the 2 year warranty and things start breaking and they want me to pay for it. You are better off going somewhere else that has a better warranty. * I appreciate you checking on my issue. If you saw, we were without heat for 3 days because of a faulty part that was initially installed. We had another company come recently had to redo the wiring for the heat to work properly because the zones were crossed and placed incorrectly. Pipes are leaking and I was told by the other company that the drain will start to rot away due to the acidity of the water because of improper installment. Hopefully this helps put in perspective for you to take care of your future clients. Thank you for your time.

Sheri, I was taken back to hear your experience and it prompted me to research your claim. I see that 2 boilers were installed on 11/14/2019 ( nearly 3 full heating seasons ago) and no maintenance or service has been performed by our company to date. Dynamic offers a 2 year full labor warranty besides the manufactures parts warranty. Our warranty is double our competitions standard 1 year. We have such confidence in our team (brands, materials and technicians) that we can confidently provide double the standard warranty to our customers. I would like to give a public service announcement to help others that may reading reviews and choosing a HVAC Company. Once you purchase don’t for get the Preventative Maintenance on your heating and cooling equipment. This is not optional and is so very important to reliability and efficiency. Regular maintenance can catch problems before they become larger. It can also extend your units life expectancy by several years. Dynamic Mechanical has Club memberships that for a small monthly membership will include your annual maintenance (33 point inspection) you also will get priority service and discount on services and repairs. Dynamic Mechanical recently installed a high velocity air conditioning system in our home. From beginning to end, we had a great experience and were impressed at the level of communication, expertise on the services offered, and how quickly the installation was scheduled after signing the contract. Mark and Steven were on time every day, and clearly had a great level of skill and attention to detail. The process took less than a week, and they were very helpful, walking us through every step and how to use the system on the last day. We knew what to expect during the installation, and they did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day, too. The system looks meticulous and functions well! Thank you!

Went with Dynamic Mechanical to replace my old and dead heat pump. Lost my heat on a Wednesday and they were able to shift some things around and get my new heat pump installed on Friday. They also gave me a few heaters so I wouldn't freeze until I got my heat back. Mark and Steve showed up around 8am, had the heat working by about 130pm and were cleared out by 3p. They did an awesome job setting everything up and making sure I had heat. Customer service was great and so was the work. Thank you all from restoring my heat!!
