  They do not show up. They also do not return phone calls. One occasion they no call no showed to fix grandpas AC so we went with a different company. This second occasion if we could choose a different company we would but unfortunately they are contracted I’m guessing threw Solitar homes in Hobbs because Dynamic is who they sent the orders to and have been contacting them daily since our electric was turned on. All we get told is we will check it out and call you back. No calls we have to call them So we are working on trying to get Solitaire in Hobbs to get a different company

  Called on Wednesday to get Air Conditioning fixed. They said they had to order compressor. It would be fixed by Thursday. Thursday I was told part didnt come in but that it was ordered from a place in Roswell and the part was there and it would be fixed by Friday morning. Waited all day Friday. No show no call. Called the tech he answered and hung up on me. Called the shop they said they would find out what was going on and get back to me. They stopped answering phone and never got in touch with me. I contacted owner who said he would get right on it make a game plan first thing Saturday morning. it is 6:15 Saturday night and I have heard nothing from owner and still have no Air conditioning.

  It not a cooling shop anymore, it's a tire shop & it's the best one in artesia, The name of it is DT TIRES great place. Cheap prices great customer service.
