  I called Dutton Plumbing to come look at some water damage and a leak in my home. There was no leak from my pee trap and it was intact before they came. They never said anything about the drain pipe from the garbage disposal being disconnected from the pee trap during the time they were in my home. Sure enough it was disconnected when they left. An insurance inspector noticed it the next day and told me. We tried to put it back together but now it leaks. It didn't before Paul from Dutton was here. To sum it up they made things worse and tried to sell me some home water filter for 9 to 20,000 dollars.

  I had an issue with my sewer line and I had a great experience with Dutton plumbing technicians, they were extremely professional and extremely thorough in all aspects. I want to thank. Gabriel Gutierrez, Felipe Cuevas, Jay Naples, and Ricardo Sanchez. These men are a major asset, their knowledge was top notch. They treat you with respect and explain as they go to keep you informed, very personable and have a sense of humor, made experience great. Thank you, guys

  Called them first thing in the morning on the 24th because we had no hot water (for future reference, this was in January so it was kind of an emergency). Dutton said they would come out ASAP. Fast forward to the 25th, they finally send someone out and say they won't be able to repair our water heater until the 31st. Fast forward AGAIN to the 31st. We've had zero hot water for a week and no response from Dutton. After calling them in the late afternoon, they say someone will "definitely" be there tomorrow morning. Yesterday on the 1st nobody showed up. Called them in the afternoon to confirm somebody was coming, and they finally told us that they didn't have the part they needed in stock to repair our water heater, but someone will (again) "definitely be there tomorrow morning." It's now the 2nd. Nobody's shown up or called yet. We haven't had hot water in almost 10 days. Hopefully today is the day Dutton actually keeps their word. But either way we've learned our lesson and will never be using their services again.
