  Having scheduled an appointment 2days prior and clearly stating the type of heating system we have, they called one hour before the appointment to tell me they do not work on my type of system.

  I've used Dutch twice. They were prompt, returned phone calls, and provided the service I needed without all the upselling tactics. They have always been very fair and upfront about what I should expect, including possible delays during the pandemic and with new furnace installation time lines. Would recommend.
