  Overall, a great and very professional experience. My initial call was returned quickly and the estimate was put together right away. When the day of the job came it was obvious that not as much work was needed as was thought. Don was quick to offer me half the price of what he originally quoted and now my bathroom and dryer vent work perfectly. I am a satisfied customer and would use again.

  Durkie Heating and Cooling is always prompt and professional. I always get a call back quickly for any emergency issues. Routine maintenance appointments are made by a personal call and scheduled courteously. Highly recommend because Don and Kevin are true professionals.

  We were replacing a 35 year old Rheem furnace and A/C system. We contacted 8 firms asking for quotes, only 2 firms responded. While Durkie Heating and Cooling was $295 higher, the unit was a top of the line Rheem and with our past experience with Rheem, not only the system we were replacing, but previous homes we owned had Rheem, and Durkies availability to get it installed sooner than the other firm, we hired Durkie. They were extremely friendly, professional and courteous, answering all our questions and addressing any concerns. The installation was excellent. Neat, clean, left no messes, and any follow-up questions we had were answered within a couple of hours. While Durkie may be a small firm, they are one of the best, and we dare to say the best, we have experienced in our 35+ years owning homes. We would not consider anyone else in the future. Hire Durkie and you will NOT be disappointed! Thanks Dan and Matt! You guys rock!
