I’m landscaper and Durks has ALWAYS treated me right. Best price, prompt service, and respectful…even when years ago when I started and didn’t know very much. They have amazing patience dealing with hard to deal with home owners too (from what I’ve seen while in the store). Definitely my favorite supply house, and we go to all of them.

I've been buying plumbing and sprinkler supplies from Durk's for 25 plus years. They are always very helpful, informative, convenient and kind. If i have questions, Corey the store manager has answers.

They are knowledgeable and always have what I need. I discovered them when they came door to door advertising free sprinkler system designs. I thought their design was a bit over kill. I took it as inspiration and designed my own. Ive done two whole sprinkler systems with Durks. I feel they have good prices and excellent products. I use them for all my sprinkler needs. I just wish they opened at 7 am on Saturdays but that's a first world problem lol.

I went into the West Haven location with dozens of questions about a sprinkler timer system. Jason completely took care of me and saved me hundreds of dollars and mistakes. He set me up with a state rebate and gave me some great tips.  Help like that had better not be cheap for the owners - he deserves to be paid well.

Experienced staff and great prices. Ethan helped to get everything I needed for a complete sprinkler system. The only time I had to go back to the shop was after I broke something; and they helped me save money by only charging me for the piece I broke (instead of the entire assembly). Great experience. I highly recommend!

Durks is the amazing plumbing store. Way helpful and super organized location. Just bought my water softener from them, way better than anything at a big box.

We had such a bad experience here today, we when and ask for some help as soon as we get to the register and ask for some supplies, there start laughing at our accent because we are Hispanic,  and the didn't wanted to help us and they where making excuses(it was a Asian guy, and a curly hair guy) they didn't have  time to help us but, Yes to have lunch, in front of us.
And it is the second time something like this happened in the same location. And with the same people. Never coming back a gain.

Found this company after waisting time and money with the the big name hardware stores. these guys are friendly and helpful, they helped me find the parts I needed and I didn't spend half of what I did at the previous stores. I had gone in earlier in the day but forgot a part and didn't realize until it was time for them to close for the day. They were able to help me get the part before they left for the night helping me get my kitchen sink working again.

Had a weird plumbing leak in my main line. Plumber I called said he couldn't work on it because he didn't know what the pipe was and didn't think it was legal. Went to another plumbing supply place, they didn't have the parts to fix it. Durk's not only explained what it was and how to fix it, but they had the pipe in stock, And gave me the little piece of pipe I needed for free! Super nice people, I'd totally recommend them.

These guys are awesome!! Personable, friendly and very knowledgeable. Go no where else for plumbing and sprinkler needs.
