Absolutely fantastic response and service! On a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend, Durfee replied in less than 15 minutes to a web request for help. Our on-demand water heater of only a few years was leaking due to corrosion of the temperature gauge. By close of business they had reached the manufacturer, determined it was under warranty, and had a replacement ordered. Huge worry off my mind and wallet. They installed the replacement the next business day and checked in to follow up. Can’t recommend more highly, you will be so happy you called them!

George and Nick were beyond professional and resolved a very difficult install of a downdraft oven.  There was no detail missed! Can’t thank them enough!

I must have called 20 plumbers and the guys that ended up working on two of our bathrooms were fantastic.  Both the bath and shower were clogged in the worst way ... these guys just rolled up their sleeves and got to work, did an awesome job, very nice and friendly with my kids and I, didn’t leave mess.  Best part was the totally reasonable rate.

Both McGerigle and George were very kind and quick and professional as they cleaned out and refurbished my ancient gas heater that we rely on. They were fast and courteous and we’re kind of the dogs, and everything was cleaned up and working very well once they were done.

I called this morning to have a hot water heater put in and they came One hour later. They worked with very little since my condo space is limited. They had to remove my dryer and a few other things to get it into a small space of mineI was very impressed how skilled they were especially at problem solving in working in a tight space. They were very friendly, knowledgeable  and They never stopped working until the heater was installed. They worked with limited working space and did an awesome job. I will definately call them back in future with other plumbing related jobs..

Phil and Miguel showed up on time, and diagnosed a washing machine  leak. They also repaired and replaced several older water valves.  The service was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Phil was also generous with explanations about the system, and suggested preventative measures to avoid future problems. Definitely the kind of trustworthy professional with whom it is a pleasure to do business.

My initial communication with Durfee's involved filling out a website form, phone messages and emails. There was no receptionist answering the phone and the estimate was given based on photos I took of my old gas water heater and emailed. The added back-n-forth is balanced by the reduced price Durfee's can charge due to the reduced overhead operation. A 2-man crew came to my house within a few days and installed the new gas hot water heater. They were friendly and professional. When I called Durfee's a few hours after the install because of a leaky vacuum valve, the guys came back within minutes and quickly replaced it. I would definitely use Durfee's again for any plumbing need.

Phil, the owner was very responsive to my hot water heater issue. He was willing to work with my home warranty company so I would be reimbursed for the repair. I have in the past called and no companys on the Cape would do that for me.
Miguel & George Installed my new HWH. They were courteous and left everything clean. Will definitely use them again for my Plumbing needs.
