  When you call the Office they are very unprofessional and unhelpful.They yell at you and do not let you get a word in.When you ask for a manager they say everyone is a manager. You explain to them you are a paying customer who has a question and the lady responds with well you don’t have to be a paying customer you can just get your work done else where! I’m not sure about anyone else but to me that is very unprofessional. We would rather pay more money to someone else more professional.They always say you get what you pay for and they are very cheap in comparison to other businesses but I know why now because they quality of work is not great neither is their Attitude!

  I just had our carpet steam cleaned and they did a great job these guys were professional plus friendly and I really appreciate it!!
