  I called Dun-Right because the reviews had been positive and my wife and I were looking for a plumber to help us with an issue with draining in the main drain connecting our front half bath, kitchen sink, and dishwasher. Bill responded quickly and we made an appointment based on my convenience, and he was able to diagnose and quote the issue within minutes. He came back the next day, which was a Saturday, and had us up and running again within a few hours. Although we loved the pricing, the efficiency and the quality of work, our favorite part about working with Bill was how friendly, courteous and understanding he is. He was a pleasure to work with and we will gladly call him again if we ever have any need.

  We recently purchased a home that has had a lot of plumbing problems - namely no hot water! Bill has been incredibly efficient and got us up and running in no time. He picks up the phone when you call, gets the work done, is very professional, and I found his rates to be very fair. He does great work. I've been very happy with all the work. I highly recommend his services and will be using Bill Dunphy and Dun-RIGHT Plumbing & Heating for any plumbing or heating issues in the future.
